  • Marlene Meyerson JCC Manhattan 334 Amsterdam Avenue New York, NY, 10023 United States (map)

Fall is often the time for a fresh start, for frank conversations about where we are now. It's a time to learn helpful tools to reflect on our year so far, and discuss strategies to help us remain open and flexible for the future. How do we find opportunity in the struggle? How do we make peace with uncertainty, while acknowledging that our brains don’t like a mess?

Thriving can include struggle. How do we embrace this paradox? By learning helpful mindsets and supportive ways to let go of obsolete strategies. Join us to punctuate, reflect, and purposefully plan for the new season.
